Tarragon This is an aromatic plant which is used for flavouring and also flavouring vinegar.

Tartare A cold sauce made of egg yolks, oil, vinegar, mustard, capers, gherkins etc. which is served with fried fish or cold meats and also used as a salad dressing.

Thyme An aromatic plant used for flavouring.  Lemon thyme is a species which has a delicate flavour of the lemon and is used in cooking when this flavour is required.
