Much of the preparation time is cooling the fudge and letting it set in the fridge.

THE INGREDIENTS
340g /12oz white chocolate
397g / 14oz can of condensed milk
150g / 5Żoz pistachio nuts

COOKING METHOD

YOUR CHILD - Fill a bowl with the pistachio nuts and give your child two more bowls. They shell the pistachio nuts putting the empty shells in one bowl and the nuts in the other.

YOU - line an 18cm / 7in tin or oven proof dish with baking paper.

YOUR CHILD - Break the white chocolate into small pieces, place in a microwave proof dish and add the condensed milk.

YOUR CHILD and YOU - Place the dish in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Every 20 seconds remove the dish from the microwave and stir. At the end the mixture should be smooth and without lumps.
YOUR CHILD and YOU - Add the pistachio nuts to the mix and stir well. Pour the mix into the lined bowl and leave it to cool for twenty minutes. Place in the fridge for 40 minutes.

Remove the fudge from the fridge and cut into squares. keep the uneaten fudge in the fridge.

FUDGE IS DELICIOUS MIXED WITH NUTS,
IT'S THE BEST AND THERE ARE NO "BUTS"!
