Greek cuisine uses lots of olive oil and local meats and vegetables. Lamb, chicken and rabbit are the commonest meats. Generous portions of herbs and spices are also typical.

KOFTAS Koftas are a mixture of Greek and Turkish cuisines. Minced lamb is mixed with herbs and spices then placed on a skewer. Cook under the grill or on a barbecue. Drizzle over our yoghurt sauce. |
