YUK SHUNG
An authentic Chinese starter based on minced pork and lots of Chinese seasoning. Served it with iceberg lettuce, either wrapped or just as an accompaniment. Delicious

This recipe takes two hours to marinade but only twelve minutes to cook. It's also a "one pot" meal so it saves on washing up!
