Use the freshest sweet corn you can get your hands on and don't remove any of the
outer leaves. If click on the left hand picture you'll se that we picked ours
straight of our allotment.
Put the sweet corn in a bucket of water for 30 minutes. |

Put the sweet corn on the barbecue and cook for 25 minutes. Turn it a
couple of times to distribute the heat. Don't worry about the outer
turning black, the inner sweet corn will not be affected. Cooking in
the leaves seals in the natural flavours and goodness of the
sweet corn. |

Peel off the outer leaves and you will discover the most tasty sweet corn
you have ever tasted. No butter is needed, it would spoil the succulent
flavour. |
