Ingredients: Any cold fish ½ cup of rice 30 g (1 oz) butter 1 teaspoon English mustard 2 soft-boiled eggs each cut into 8 parts Salt and pepper or cayenne to taste Cooking Method 1. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions 2. Remove all bones from the fish. 3. Mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook on a medium to low heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent any ingredients sticking to the bottom of the pan.
