125g can of mackerel fillets in olive oil
Juice and zest of half a lemon
90g full fat cream cheese
1 heaped tablespoon horseradish sauce
French bread

COOK'S NOTES FOR THIS RECIPE

This recipe is liable to change as I refine it to my particular taste.
Serve with a side salad and French bread.
This stores in your fridge for two days.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Put everything in a mixing bowl and mush it up with a fork.
You can mix it all up in a food processor but lots sticks to the sides and you will need to wash up the food processor.
STEP 2
If you have any fresh parsley, chop it up and sprinkle over the top.
