|125g can of mackerel fillets in olive oil
|Juice and zest of half a lemon
|90g full fat cream cheese
|1 heaped tablespoon horseradish sauce
PREPARATION: 15 minutes
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Easy

1 A bowl and a fork
COOK'S NOTES FOR THIS RECIPE
This recipe is
liable to change as I refine it to my particular taste.
Serve with a side
salad and French bread.
This stores in your fridge for two days.

Put everything in a mixing bowl and mush it up with a fork.
You can mix
it all up in a food processor but lots sticks to the sides and you will need
to wash up the food processor.
If you have any fresh parsley, chop it up and sprinkle over the top.
