I've made this soup a few times now. It's truly delicious with a couple of sticks of celery chopped and thrown in to fry with the carrots and onion. I've also added single cream right at the end. Very nice. Thanks for the recipe.

Wow I love it and normally I don't like coriander but this recipe is lovely. Single cream is a must at the end, just a little though.

Carrot and Coriander Soup. If you bung in a couple of oranges the flavour is awesome and when serving tipple in a spoonful of crème fraiche. Happy Days.

I made this, first time I've made something that was a bit different (soup-wise) and I was very pleased with it. Very tasty. I didn't even have any vegetable stock and it was alright! Also added some red split lentils for extra thickness and healthy eating. Yum. :)

I love carrot and coriander soup:)  I often add extra water and a couple of handfuls of red split lentils, which I find adds to the creamy texture, and, of course, provides a little protein.
