Russian cuisine is very varied because Russia is such a huge country. It has been shaped by the cold winters and often stifling hot summers.

RUSSIAN EGGS
Also known as Eggs a la Russe. They are simply hard boiled eggs with a mayonnaise filling. We serve them on sliced red peppers.
BORSCH SOUP
A traditional Eastern European soup or stew. The Russian version contains meat, cabbage, beetroot and lots of flavourings. Try it, homemade it really is tasty. This recipe comes from my experiences of this soup in Moscow.
