HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA CHICKEN
This Hungarian dish is typical of the national cuisine of Hungary. Readily available chicken is spiced up with paprika, sweet peppers and onions. This is combined with yogurt and soured cream for the sauce.

HUNGARIAN BEEF GOULASH
In the UK goulash is served as in our recipe. In fact real Hungarian goulash is a thick soup. Whatever you call it though, this recipe is high on typical Hungarian ingredients and is very tasty.
