PREPARATION TIME
: 8 minutes

COOKING TIME: 6 minutes

DIFFICULTY: Easy

FREEZE: No

SERVINGS: 1 Diablo Toastie

EQUIPMENT: 1 Diablo Sandwich Maker

PREPARATION

For a crisper bread, spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Start preheating the oven top to medium with the Diablo on it to warm it up.

Mix the cheese and tomato concentrate well so that the tomato concentrate is evenly spread.

Cut off the corners off the bread.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Place one slice of bread (buttered side down) onto the base of the Diablo Sandwich Toaster (watch those hands on the warmed up metal parts!). Place the sliced pepperoni / salami  on the bread and pile the filling onto the slice of bread and then place the other piece of bread on top (butterd side facing up).

Close down the Diablo and cut off the excess crust and bread with the blunt side off a knife.

STEP 2

Place the toaster on the pre-heated oven top. Cook for six minutes turning every minute or so. The sandwich is ready when the bread is lightly browned.

Open up your Diablo, let the toasted sandwich fall out onto a plate and eat immediately!
